Job Description:
Job Summary Serves as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and external partners seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries. Responsible for providing accurate, timely, and professional responses across a wide range of HR topics, including payroll, benefits, policies, leave, and general HR processes. Ensures a positive employee experience by resolving inquiries efficiently or escalating issues to the appropriate HR specialists or teams as needed. Essential Functions- Responds promptly and professionally to HR-related inquiries received through multiple channels, including phone, email, case management systems, and other forms of communication.
- Provides guidance and support on HR policies, programs, and procedures to employees and managers guided by general instructions and practices.
- Documents and tracks all employee interactions in the HR case management system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Escalates complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate human resources area, professional or supervisor.
- Assists with processing employee transactions such as onboarding, job changes, benefits enrollment, or leave administration.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive employee data and adhere to all privacy and compliance standards.
- Supports maintaining and updating HR knowledge base content by identifying gaps, submitting corrections, and ensuring consistency.
- Supports continuous improvement by identifying trends in employee inquiries and recommending process or policy enhancements.
- Participates in team meetings, training, and development activities to stay current on HR practices and organizational updates.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement:
High school diploma.Experience Requirement:
2+ years of experience in training coordination, leadership development, learning and development, or HR support An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.Certifications & Licensures:
