Job Description

This is an in-office role where you'll play a key part in retaining clients, supporting our sales team, and helping our agency continue to grow. Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible Schedule Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Requirements Must-Haves Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Dependable and team-oriented Preferred (but trainable) Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license (or willingness to obtain) Previous insurance or customer service experience Experience with agency management systems Responsibilities Client Experience & Retention Handle inbound service requests (billing, coverage questions, changes, claims support) Proactively review accounts for coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience Account Management Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately Follow up on pending items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Maintain clean and accurate documentation in the agency management system Growth Support Identify opportunities to round out accounts (bundle policies) Support producers with follow-ups, remarketing, and client touchpoints Contribute to agency retention and revenue goals Team Contribution Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Participate in team meetings, training, and accountability rhythms Help maintain a positive, team-first culture About Us We are a premier Allstate Agency specializing in Home, Life, and Auto insurance.
