Customer Service Representative Paducah, KY 42001 $12
  • $15 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time $12
  • $15 an hour
  • Part-time, Full-time Immediate opening for Customer Service Associate who is responsible for contributing to a positive atmosphere for customers and fellow employees.
They will conduct fast paced sales transactions and also includes cash handling, cleaning, and stocking of inventory. $12 to $15 an hour based on experience to start with frequent raises. If you have convenient store experience that's a plus. Paid time off, 401K match, Paid Weekly. Know the people you work for, locally owned business for 28 years. Must be at least 21 yrs of age, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Duties:
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs
  • Assist customers in locating products within the store
  • Provide information about products and promotions
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Stock shelves and ensure products are well-displayed
  • Conduct product demonstrations when required
  • Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and drive sales
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in cash handling procedures
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
  • Familiarity with Lottery sales is a plus
