Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly, answering questions, and offering tailored pet nutrition recommendations. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their pets' specific needs, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Maintain accurate data entry of customer interactions, sales transactions, and product information using FranPos and other computer tools. Support sales initiatives by promoting featured products, special offers, and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Manage cash handling procedures accurately during transactions while ensuring compliance with store policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store remains organized, welcoming, and well-stocked with pet nutrition products. Requirements Someone who truly loves dogs and cats Friendly and great with customers Eager to learn about pet nutrition and products Comfortable educating customers and answering questions Willing to help with local deliveries Must Be Able to Lift 40lbs Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Ability to work part-time hours flexibly, including weekdays, evenings or weekends as needed.
