Parts and Service Advisor

Central KY Truck & Trailer is looking for a driven, organized, and dependable Parts & Service Advisor to join our team. This role is critical to keeping our operation running smoothly, and we're looking for someone who can handle responsibility, stay on top of tasks, and deliver strong customer service every day. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to work hard.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday + Saturdays (6 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage parts inventory, including stock control and reordering as needed Sell parts to customers in a professional, knowledgeable, and customer-focused manner Schedule incoming service appointments efficiently Complete and maintain accurate service paperwork and records Communicate clearly with customers regarding parts and service needs Help ensure the service department runs efficiently on a daily basis

Requirements:

Valid United States Driver's License Reliable transportation Ability to work 6 days per week (including Saturdays) Basic computer and phone skills Strong work ethic — no shortcuts, no excuses Preferred (Not Required): Experience in parts, service advising, or dealership environment Knowledge of trailers, RVs, or automotive parts
