Inside Sales Representative Schedule:

Monday-Friday Pay:

$28-32/hr Temp to Hire Position Summary We are seeking a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to serve as a primary contact for customers while supporting order management and sales growth. This position works closely with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Management to ensure orders are accurate, delivered on time, and customer needs are met. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process, monitor, and follow up on customer orders.
• Research and resolve customer questions or concerns.
• Communicate order, production, and delivery updates to customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders ship on time.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems/ERP.
• Support Sales with customer samples, documentation, and marketing materials.
• Assist with customer meetings, facility visits, and occasional trade shows.
• Identify opportunities to support sales growth and strengthen customer relationships. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related customer service, inside sales, order management, or administrative experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• ERP system experience a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, weights, measurements, and basic calculations.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a strong team player.

Work Environment Office and manufacturing environment. May require standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. Safety equipment may be required when working in production areas.

Pay:

From $65,000.00 per year
