Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional phone etiquette, and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities
- Manage a cash drawer (including all associated functions: taking payments, cutting checks, etc.)
- Take and clear loan applications
- Answer telephones and greet customers in a professional manner
- Provide direct customer service to loan and sales finance customers
- Process bulk mail out solicitations as assigned by management
- Conduct solicitation for additional business as assigned by management
Experience Required Skills:
- Customer service experience
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to make outbound calls confidently
- Basic sales techniques understanding
- Data entry accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role
Job Type:
