Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, process-driven Client Servicing Specialist to manage client onboarding, administrative workflows, and insurance carrier communications with high accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.Primary Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Servicing:
Guide clients through account setup, funding, investment model requests, and documentation.Carrier & Partner Coordination:
Primary contact for insurance/financial carriers regarding applications, policy issuance, indexing, and account processing.Documentation & Tracking:
Prepare, submit, and track applications, transfers, illustrations, reallocations, and review schedules.Multi-Channel Communication:
Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and advisors via phone, email, text, and Zoom.CRM & Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate, compliant electronic client records and transaction logs.Operational Support:
Assist leadership with daily administrative priorities and operational tasks.Qualifications Experience:
Background in client service, administration, or operations (wealth management/insurance experience preferred).Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, macOS, and CRM systems.Core Strengths:
Exceptional organization, strict confidentiality, and ability to handle detailed, repetitive financial workflows.Aptitude:
Willingness to learn complex financial, retirement, and estate planning concepts. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate (Part-Time Evaluation Period): $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience) during an initial 60-day training/evaluation period (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday - Thursday).Full-Time Base Salary:
Transition to a competitive, industry-aligned salaried position upon successful completion of the evaluation period (expanding toward an 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday schedule).Incentive Compensation:
Quarterly bonus opportunities available once full-time status is achieved, contingent on company milestone targets.Paid Vacation:
5 calendar days in Year 1; 10 calendar days in Year 2; 15 calendar days in Year 3 and beyond.Paid Sick/Personal Days:
5 paid sick/personal days annually upon full-time status, increasing by 1 day per year after 3 years of service (up to a maximum of 10 days).Paid Holidays:
10 fully paid company holidays annually upon full-time status (Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).Medical/Insurance Allowance:
$200 monthly allowance toward coverage after 2 years of full-time employment.
