Job Description
Office Administrative Assistant - Healthcare Laundry Services What You'll Do Join a fast-moving operations team supporting a healthcare commercial laundry facility. This role keeps the front office and production floor running smoothly — you'll handle customer accounts, incoming calls, order processing, and daily billing functions with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Enter and process customer orders; manage order changes and adjustments Answer and route incoming calls; greet visitors, vendors, and guests Verify all orders are in for the day, verify bin tickets, make adjustments, distribute delivery tickets Match and file documentation; maintain organized records Support the shipping desk on the production floor to pack and verify outgoing orders Follow office procedures and guidelines; complete projects as directed What We're Looking For 2+ years of administrative or office support experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong phone presence and customer service instincts Comfortable switching priorities quickly in a high-volume environment High school diploma or GED required Working Conditions This position is primarily office-based with regular movement to the production floor. Requires frequent standing, walking, sitting, and computer use throughout the shift.
