CSR PRIMARY DUTIES
•COUNTER SOLICIT EVERY CUSTOMER
•ALL CLERICAL, BILL PAYING & GENERAL FILING
•TAKE PAYMENTS
•GET SET-UP ON ALL DELINQUENT COUNTER PAYMENT
•PREPARE DAILY DEPOSIT
•PULLING BUREAUS AND CHECKING CREDIT
•TYPING LOANS
•HANDLE PRESENT PAYDAY CUSTOMERS
•PUTTING DOCUMENTS TOGETHER AFTER LOAN IS CLOSED AND SCANNING THEM TO SCAN123
•HANDLE RECORDING, RELEASING, TITLES
•PREPARE MAIL SOLICITATION TO CURRENT AND FORMER CUSTOMERS
•PHONE SOLICIT MONTHLY
•DO DAILY CLOSE OUT
•COLLECTION WORK
•TAKING CREDIT APPLICATIONS
