Body Shop Responsibilities:

Assist customers throughout their entire body shop repair experience Coordinate customer and vehicle logistics Process billing, insurance supplements, customer payments, and other paperwork Communicate with insurance companies to help move repairs toward completion Ensure all required documentation is completed so payment can be received Close and finalize all monthly repair orders Help market and promote the Colonial Chevrolet Body Shop Provide customers with professional, friendly, and timely service

Business Development Responsibilities:

Contact sales and service customers to schedule appointments Call customers from recall, manifest, and equity-mining lists to generate business Follow up with prospective and existing customers Assist with additional duties assigned by the

General Manager, Service Manager, Body Shop Manager, or Sales Managers Position Details:
