This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SAP, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include providing timely updates to customers on priority orders, reporting daily delivery commitments to Center Management, and maintaining clear communication with Sales representatives regarding customer activity. This position is critical to ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls, emails and returning all inquiries Daily interaction with customers Research, data collection, data entry, and analysis Providing proactive notification of late deliveries Coordinate van pick up schedules Work with Center Management on: Customer commitments Coating schedule WIP Report Priority orders As the plant lead process owner (LPO) for HSE matters, this role will support HSE by the following: Ensure adherence to local, state, federal, and Oerlikon HSE regulations. Enforce company policies and procedures. Apply knowledge of personal protective equipment, safe work practices, and environmental stewardship principles. Conduct regular inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments. Identify hazards and potential risks, and assist operational staff with mitigation strategies. Advise center managers on HSE-related topics. Perform first level investigations of workplace incidents and injuries, report findings, and support employee medical needs as necessary. Coordinate response to spills and supervise cleanup efforts. Deliver and coordinate HSE-related training and mentoring for staff. Other duties as assigned.
Your Profile:
Attention to detail Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Able to communicate effectively with open, honest, and respectfully written and verbal communication Create and sustain positive working relationships with peers, managers, and customers 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office software Familiarity with SAP is a plus
