Starting pay:

$21.00 per hour Weekend availability is required. Applicants must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of their regular schedule. Responsibilities Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service Assist customers in person and over the phone Schedule and coordinate customer deliveries Handle multiple responsibilities while prioritizing customer needs Resolve customer questions, concerns, and escalated issues Work closely with our sales, warehouse, delivery, and management teams Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and coworkers Accurately enter and review information in our Point of Sale system Follow up with customers when needed Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish 1-2 years of customer service or related experience preferred Strong communication and listening skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn our Point of Sale system Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and confident when handling customer concerns Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays Flexibility to work a retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays At Adam's Furniture , we recognize and appreciate the hard work of our team members.
