Client Care Specialist Join our client's dedicated team as a Client Care Specialist and become a vital part of a respected wealth management firm located in Falmouth, MA. In this role, you will serve as the friendly, resourceful front line representing the company's commitment to exceptional client service. Your ability to build rapport, think critically, and handle a variety of administrative duties will ensure clients feel valued and supported every step of the way. Compensation:
$60K - $80K Potential offers vary based on experience level and qualifications Applicants must be able to work 5 days onsite in Falmouth, MA to be eligible for this position. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism to create a welcoming experience. Actively listen to client concerns, swiftly identifying the core issues to determine appropriate solutions. Conduct thorough research to address client account questions, providing accurate and creative resolutions. Maintain ownership of client requests, ensuring each is resolved efficiently from start to finish. Manage incoming calls, emails, and documentation to support smooth office operations. Handle physical and digital filing systems to ensure compliance with company policies. Prepare, review, and process financial paperwork and onboarding materials. Support daily operational tasks, including mail management and office supply orders. Requirements Demonstrated ability to communicate empathetically and calmingly with clients. Strong logical reasoning skills to navigate and solve complex problems. Meticulous attention to detail with a mindset of high accountability, ensuring no task is overlooked. 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles. Prior exposure to banking, insurance, or finance strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with formulas, sorting, and deduplication on large data sets ideal. Familiarity with CRM software. Willingness to learn and coach clients. High school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Additional plus:
