Monday-Friday, 8am to 40m

6-12+ month contract | 2 openings Seeking two (2) experienced Customer Service Representatives to support a dedicated customer base in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. In this role, you will partner closely with outside sales and internal teams to manage customer orders from quote and entry through shipment. You will provide delivery updates, handle expedite requests, resolve issues and help ensure excellent on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer orders, delivery dates, tracking and follow-up Communicate order updates internally and directly with customers Handle expedite requests and proactively resolve order issues Support outside sales with a dedicated customer base Enter quotes and orders into the ERP system Recommend products, services and complementary solutions Provide pricing support within established guidelines Follow up on leads and help identify new sales opportunities Review customer activity and sales reports Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments Meet internal service-level, quality and on-time-delivery goals Build technical product knowledge through ongoing training

Requirements:

4+ years of customer service, inside sales, technical sales, purchasing or related experience Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong order entry, data entry and ERP system experience Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume setting Strong communication, problem-solving and follow-up skills High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Distribution experience is a plus

Customer Service Representative Pay:
