McGee Toyota of Hanover | Hanover, MA We're looking for a high-energy, motivated, and goal-driven BDC Agent to join our team! What you'll do: Make outbound calls, texts & emails Set and confirm customer appointments Follow up with leads, missed appointments & opportunities Work closely with our Sales & Service teams Help drive appointment volume and customer retention What we want: Great communication skills Positive, competitive attitude Strong follow-up and organization Comfortable on the phone Automotive/BDC experience is a plus — but not required If you're motivated, competitive, and ready to work, we want to meet you!
