Job Description

Join a Team That Brings Brands to Life At The Sign Center , we don't just make signs—we help businesses bring their brands to life. From storefront signs and dimensional lettering to vehicle graphics, wall murals, window graphics, and custom fabrication, our team creates visual solutions for businesses throughout New England. We're looking for a Client Services Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building lasting customer relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every project is different, you'll fit right in. We're a close-knit team that works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results for our customers. Success in this role comes from building trust with customers, supporting your teammates, and taking pride in helping every project succeed.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
As one of the first people our customers interact with, you'll help create an outstanding experience from the first conversation through project completion.
At The Sign Center, You'll:
Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service. Guide customers to the right products and solutions. Prepare estimates, enter orders, process payments, and maintain accurate project information. Coordinate with designers, production, installers, vendors, and Project Managers to keep projects moving smoothly. Research Town/City ordinances to meet requirements, and when needed, working with clients to obtain necessary permits. Communicate customer expectations clearly with internal teams. Answer customer questions by phone, email, and in person. Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services. Stay organized while managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Contribute to a collaborative, positive team environment where everyone supports one another. No two projects are exactly alike. One day you may be helping a customer develop signage for a new business, and the next you'll be assisting with a large commercial or campus project. If you enjoy variety and seeing projects come to life, you'll enjoy this role.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and solving problems.
You should have:
At least one year of customer service, account management, or another client-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. A collaborative, team-first attitude. Confidence in learning new software and business processes. A genuine desire to help our customers succeed. Experience in signs, graphics, printing, visual communications, construction, manufacturing, architecture, or another project-based industry is highly preferred. However, we're happy to train the right person who has exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
WHY YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE
Every day brings something different. You'll help businesses bring their brands to life. You'll work alongside talented designers, production specialists, installers, project managers, and vendor partners. You'll continue learning about signs, graphics, project management, and services our other divisions offer. You'll see the finished projects you helped create throughout the communities we serve. You'll be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together and celebrating success.
