Job Description

Are you looking for a team-oriented customer service environment with the opportunity for stability and long-term growth? We are a rapidly growing provider of specialty equipment to consumers throughout New England. Currently, we are seeking reliable, team-oriented people with talent for giving exceptional customer service over the phone. When you join our team, you will work in our newly renovated headquarters in Leominster, MA, and be provided with extensive training, exceptional benefits, and a leadership team that is supportive and dedicated to continuous improvement for customers and employees As our Customer Service Representative, you will help customers understand and troubleshoot equipment and assist with ordering supplies.
How you will contribute:
Handle incoming calls from customers with a focus on high-quality service and providing solutions. We do not limit call time as our number one priority is solving the customer's concern. Make outgoing phone calls to new customers to assist them in the ordering process. These are warm calls- No cold calling! Processing orders with a high level of attention to detail Communicating clearly and professionally via phone, live chat, and email Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information and solve issues as quickly as possible.
