This position will handle inbound and outbound shipments , maintain accurate records, coordinate with drivers and warehouse personnel, and ensure all shipping and receiving paperwork is completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Process and document all inbound and outbound shipments. Receive and verify bills of lading, delivery documents, and shipping paperwork. Prepare paperwork and documentation for outgoing loads. Schedule and coordinate truck appointments. Check drivers in and out and communicate loading/unloading instructions. Verify product information, pallet counts, quantities, and shipment details. Enter shipment and customer information accurately into computer systems. Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding receiving, loading, and unloading. Maintain organized files and records for all inbound and outbound activity. Assist with inventory and product tracking. Identify and report shipment discrepancies, damaged products, or missing paperwork. Answer phones and emails and assist customers, drivers, and vendors. Prepare daily reports and assist management with administrative duties. Follow all company safety, security, and cold-storage procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in warehouse administration, shipping/receiving, logistics, or transportation preferred. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold-storage environment when required. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Reliable attendance is required. Occasional overtime, weekends, or schedule adjustments may be necessary based on business and shipment needs.
