Do you have a passion for customer service & luxury cars? Acura of Peabody , part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is searching for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Service BDC Representative . If you're someone who believes in providing customers with exceptional client care—we look forward to speaking with you!
Schedule:
Monday-Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off
Estimated Annual Compensation Range:
$48,000.00-$52,000.00 (base hourly rate & monthly bonus structure) In this role, you will: Welcome clients in person at the desk or on the phone Schedule service appointments Schedule valet pick up appointments, working with valet drivers Schedule deliveries Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, missed appointments declined services and upcoming maintenance Assist clients with common questions and direct them to appropriate personnel Contact clients with open recalls, campaigns, special order parts Other duties assigned by management team What we can offer you: Competitive base hourly rate + biweekly commission/bonus Robust benefits package 401(k) options with company match PTO package that includes holidays, vacation, sick days, your birthday off, and a paid volunteer day longevity bonuses and paid trips Employee discounts on service, parts, and vehicle purchases Opportunities for tickets to concerts and sporting events Employee referral bonus program Smoke free campuses
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years old Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Our ideal candidate will also possess the following skills: Strong attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Self-motivated Confident phone presence with a friendly, helpful tone
