About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative with event support responsibilities. In this dual-role position, you will deliver excellent service to clients and internal teams while also helping plan, set up, and coordinate events. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a people-oriented environment, and can shift between desk-based support and hands-on event work.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide friendly, professional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactionsRespond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate more complex matters when neededMaintain accurate customer records and documentation in our systemsAssist with event planning and logistics, including coordinating schedules, vendors, supplies, and staffing needsSupport on-site event setup, breakdown, and day-of coordination to ensure smooth operationsCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet event timelines and quality standardsHelp track event-related details and communicate updates to stakeholdersPerform other related administrative and support duties as assigned
