Quirk's Commercial Truck Center in Quincy, MA is seeking an experienced Mobile Service Coordinator for our busy Mobile Service Department. Quirk has opportunities for inspired and motivated individuals who have the desire and passion to succeed. Compensation will be based on experience, however, we are always willing to train the right candidate!
Key Required Proficiencies:
Scheduling and coordinating mobile service appointments with customers Writing Repair Orders and explaining charges Performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns Providing a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts Checking the progress of repair throughout the day Contacting customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impacts Maintaining strong customer satisfaction Advising customers on the care of their trucks and the value of maintaining their trucks in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications Following all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor
Preferred Skills:
Prior sales experience preferred but not required High School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not required Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities Excellent interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn Benefits offered: Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide you with Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost to you. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost.
