In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. The client ideally is looking for someone who comes with a year of insurance based experience, but is also open to seeing entry level candidates with no experience as well.
