Job Description

Are you someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making sure customers have a great experience? This opportunity is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, bartending, customer service, or other people-focused roles. We're looking for motivated, personable individuals who are ready to build their communication skills and grow within a professional customer-focused environment representing AT&T. As an Entry Level Account Associate - AT&T, you'll support customers with account-related questions, provide information about available services, and help ensure each customer receives a positive and professional experience. You'll receive hands-on training to learn AT&T products, services, and account processes while developing valuable communication and customer support skills. What You'll Do as an
Entry Level Account Associate:
Assist customers with account questions and service-related needs Provide clear and accurate information about AT&T services Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner Help identify the appropriate solutions based on customer needs Maintain accurate account and customer information Follow established customer service and account procedures Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience Participate in training and ongoing professional development
