• $55,000 starting OTE (base + commission) Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00, no nights/weekends

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable with making cold calls. Daily tasks will include outreach to new potential clients, communicating the value of our service as a solution to their hiring needs, and guiding them through the client onboarding process. 1+ year of customer service, retail, hospitality, account management, or other customer-facing experience preferred Previous sales experience is not required — we provide paid training Strong communication and interpersonal skills required Comfortable asking questions, understanding customer needs, and recommending solutions Proven ability to meet and exceed measurable performance goals and metrics. Light computer skills, specifically Google G-Suite, Spreadsheets, Email etc.) Must be a strong team player, particularly as it relates to being ethical, honest, and trustworthy within the team and organization. Desire and ability to have your role expanded as the company grows. Industry-specific experience is a plus but not required, we will give you all of the training and resources you need to be successful here!
