Responsibilities:

Assist customers with questions about their insurance policies by phone, email, and in person Prepare quotes for new and renewal Property & Casualty insurance policies Process policy changes, endorsements, and other updates Issue certificates of insurance and other policy documents Collect payments and assist with billing questions Maintain accurate customer and policy records Prepare proposals, letters, and other insurance-related documents Work with insurance carriers to ensure policy requests are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience in personal or commercial lines preferred Strong computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment Hours are: Monday through Friday -8am to 5pm The pay is up to $40.00 an hour based on experience
