Job Description

Seeking a professional and customer-focused Banking Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing support for banking products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers regarding account inquiries, transactions, and banking products. Assist customers with online banking, card issues, loan information, and other general service requests. Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor. Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures. Document all customer interactions in the system for tracking and follow-up. Meet performance metrics related to call quality, handling time, and customer satisfaction. Follow all banking regulations and maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus. Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or banking environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high call volumes and manage stress in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems. Detail-oriented and dependable with a focus on problem-solving.
