Job Description

Job Summary A greenhouse and garden center is looking for an Outdoor Customer Service Representative to join the team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with customers and is comfortable spending the day on their feet and outdoors.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers, answer questions, and provide directions Assist customers with merchandise selection and checkout Use handheld scanners and POS systems Bag and load purchases, including large plants and pottery Pick customer orders and bring items to checkout Set up displays and advertising signs Help keep the sales area organized, watered, and tidy

What We're Looking For:

Friendly, positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in a farm/greenhouse environment Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day Ability to lift 20 lbs consistently Customer service experience a plus #RJADM45

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
