We are seeking a front counter/receptionist to join our team. This will include administrative duties, as well as towing dispatch. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our automotive and towing departments.

• Organization is HUGE in this roll!
• Any experience with Mitchell 1 software is a HUGE plus!!!

• Duties:

• Communicate with customers to understand their service needs
• Scheduling customers and helping them schedule appointments
• Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the service process
• Help dispatch incoming tow calls and coordinate with drivers
• assist with any administrative duties needed

Skills:

• Proficiency in service writing and/or towing is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
• Experience in any automotive field is a plus
• Competence in cash handling procedures
• Strong customer service skills to engage effectively with clients
• Strong origination skills
• Strong communication skills with face to face interaction, as well as over the phone Racetrack Auto is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our team! Hours are Monday
