Customer Service Representative

Total Biz Fulfillment is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Customer Relations Representative to join our Customer Relations team. This role is central to ensuring our customers receive the high‑quality service and support that defines our company. Position Summary The CRR is responsible for processing customer orders, handling incoming calls, resolving issues, and supporting various administrative and client‑related tasks. This position plays a key role in maintaining our service standards and supporting our clients' business needs. Key Responsibilities Process orders accurately and within required turnaround times Answer customer calls and messages using professional communication standards Complete data entry tasks including memos, labels, and project-based assignments Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and returns Support client sales teams as needed Maintain accuracy levels of 99%+ Learn and support multiple product lines Perform additional duties as assigned Overtime may be required during peak periods Qualifications High school diploma required Customer service and data entry experience preferred Strong communication and writing skills Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and general computer use Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
