Duties Operate the cash register accurately, handling all cash, credit, and digital transactions with attention to detail and integrity Greet customers warmly, providing friendly and professional service throughout their shopping experience Assist customers with product questions, offering knowledgeable recommendations and conducting product demos when appropriate Upsell additional items or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase store sales Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all merchandising displays are tidy and inviting Stock shelves and merchandise displays regularly to ensure product availability and attractive presentation Handle cash drawer balancing at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy in retail math and cash handling procedures Experience Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations is advantageous Supervising experience is a plus, especially in guiding team members or managing customer interactions during busy periods Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential for engaging with customers professionally Knowledge of retail store products, merchandising techniques, and basic math skills will support your success in this role Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
