Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our outpatient mental health clinic. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of mental health and behavioral health care, with a proven track record in clinical supervision, program management, and team leadership. As Program Director, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality outpatient services, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Your leadership will foster an environment of compassionate patient care, innovative treatment approaches, and continuous quality improvement. Duties Provide strategic oversight and operational management of the outpatient mental health clinic to ensure efficient delivery of services. Supervise clinical staff, including therapists, social workers, professional counselors, promoting professional development and adherence to best practices. Oversee patient assessments, intake processes, and treatment planning utilizing evidence-based modalities. Coordinate group therapy sessions, individual counseling, family therapy, and specialized programs for children, adolescents, and adults with diverse mental health conditions. Implement crisis management protocols and crisis intervention strategies to support patients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral crises. Ensure accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems effectively. Facilitate clinical team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision to promote best practices in mental health counseling and behavioral health care. Develop program policies aligned with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements Master's degree or higher in social work or counseling; LCSW-C or LCPC licensure required. Extensive experience working with individuals with mental health conditions, co-occurring disorders, and substance use disorders. Demonstrated expertise in clinical supervision, program management, and team leadership within outpatient settings. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for medical records management and documentation accuracy. Experience working with diverse populations from various cultural backgrounds; sensitivity to different needs is essential. Skills in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, intake procedures, diagnostic evaluation, and patient communication. Familiarity with CPT coding for billing purposes and data collection for quality assurance initiatives. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high standards of patient care and staff support. $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
