FULL TIME- Veterinary Receptionist

SATURDAYS REQUIRED

Job Responsibilities:
Client Interaction :
Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
Appointment Coordination:
Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and reminders, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly.
Communication:
Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding services and appointment availability.
Administrative Support:
Assist our veterinary team with electronic medical records, invoicing/payment processing, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with veterinary staff to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient care instructions. Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Client Education:
Provide basic information to clients regarding preventive care, medications, and treatment plans as directed by our team of veterinarians.
