Duties Answering incoming calls and processing customer orders Coordinating deliveries with the mills to company and from company to customer Communicating daily with Sales Department and Warehousing to ensure proper operations of company Maintaining organization and ensuring proper follow through Requirements Ability to learn internal computer system Basic mathematical equations for computing footage Phone skills and strong communication Effective written communication through e-mails Playing with others nicely Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
