- Greet clients warmly and professionally, preparing in advance for scheduled visitors so clients feel expected and welcomed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for in-person clients, including those who arrive without appointments.
- Answer and place phone calls confidently, establish rapport, and assess client needs.
- Schedule appointments accurately and ensure clients are properly prepared for meetings.
- Provide compassionate, clear, and professional support via phone, email, and text.
- Take initiative to resolve client questions and front-office issues before escalating.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
- Manage daily front office operations, including mail processing, document scanning, and maintaining the lobby and conference rooms.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth communication and a seamless client experience. Who You Are

- Excited to learn new things; no legal experience or degree is required because we will teach you.
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Able to work in person at our Towson, MD office.
Pay:
