Customer Service Representative-Lawn Care and Pest Control

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position Summary:

The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure a positive experience from the first phone call through ongoing service support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Real Green Systems SA5 software is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service inquiries professionally and courteously Schedule lawn care and pest control services Manage customer accounts, billing questions, and service requests Enter and update customer information accurately in Real Green SA5 Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate Support routing and scheduling coordination with field technicians Process payments and maintain accurate records Promote additional services and seasonal programs when appropriate Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude Qualifications Previous customer service experience required Experience in lawn care, pest control, or home service industries preferred Experience with Real Green SA5 highly preferred Strong phone and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable working with computer systems and office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
