Salary Range:

$45,000 to $65,000 per year Lee Auto Malls in Auburn is looking to hire an Assistant Service Advisor for our busy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram store.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and offer excellent customer service Translate customer-reported problems to actionable repair orders for technicians to complete Provide cost estimates; communicate additional repair or service needs to the customer Create and close repair orders in the database management system Order necessary parts and double-check that they are delivered to technicians Provide timely progress updates to customers Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards

Qualifications:

Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Strong communication skills Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize Proficient computer skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record
