Summary:

Sick of sitting in a quiet office? Want to be more people-facing? Or are you sick of retail hours and looking for a 9-5 with no nights or weekends? Seeking a reliable and professional individual to serve as the primary on-site contact, handling customer inquiries and supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, email) Deliver a positive customer experience at all times

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (associate's preferred) Customer service or office experience a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)

Work Environment:

Office setting with regular customer interaction Standard hours (9-5) with occasional flexibility
