Delivery Driver/Customer Service

Duties Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver goods to customers across designated routes Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols Navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and delivery schedules Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients professionally, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction upon delivery Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and completion reports Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management, moving stock, and organizing supplies as needed Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met and report any maintenance issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with a strong understanding of route planning and driving safety Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with drivers preferred Experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles with manual transmission is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy packages regularly and perform physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and moving goods Warehouse experience including familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory handling is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for load & unload procedures Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellence!
