Scope of Work:
The individual in this role will be highly proficient in processing transactions, may open new accounts, completes more complex customer requests and provides problem resolution. This individual may be responsible for the daily operation of the vault cash and/or oversee end of day processing activities. They will be knowledgeable of our company's products and services to effectively meet the customer's needs and provide a superior level of customer service. Essential Functions (3): Transaction Processing & Cash Handling- Process a variety of transactions accurately and efficiently, which may include deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, accurately verifies incoming / outgoing cash, including daily balancing of cash drawer and vaults. May also serve as vault custodian, responsible for the daily operation of the main cash vault. Customer Experience
