Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring exceptional service and smooth office operations. Your energetic approach will help foster positive relationships, streamline administrative processes, and support our commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences. Further promotional opportunities/advancement available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email Strong computer literacy Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using spreadsheets, Word processing, and productivity software, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events with precision Oversee office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, and organizing supplies Support administrative functions including clerical tasks, document preparation, and online software Requirements Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Technical proficiency in office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in front desk or personal assistant roles is advantageous Strong organizational skills coupled with the ability to handle confidential information. Ability to pass background, criminal, and credit checks within 10 days of hire.
Pay:
$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
