Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling transactions accurately and efficiently.Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately using a cash register
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote store products and services to customers
Preferred:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Experience with cash registers and POS systems preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
