We specialize in cabinet refinishing and refacing, countertops, bathtub and tile refinishing and epoxy flooring. We take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a professional customer experience from the first phone call through project completion. We are looking for a reliable, professional Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our customers and a vital link between our sales, operations, and field teams. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, schedule appointments and showroom visits, manage inquiries across phone, email, website, social media and text, maintain accurate records in our CRM system, and help create a smooth, professional experience for homeowners considering or completing refinishing projects. This is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple channels while representing the New Finish brand with professionalism and warmth. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly and professionally. Schedule and coordinate customer appointments, consultations, project timelines, and showroom visits. Greet and assist customers during showroom visits, providing information about services and facilitating a positive in-person experience. Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system. Communicate clearly with customers regarding service details, scheduling, status updates, and next steps. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, technicians) to ensure accurate information flow and timely responses. Handle routine customer questions, service inquiries, and basic issue resolution with a solution-oriented approach. Support administrative tasks related to customer communication and scheduling as needed. Uphold a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor in all customer interactions. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in customer service roles. Experience answering and managing phone calls, emails, and text communications with customers. Experience with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars. Comfortable assisting with or supporting showroom/in-person customer visits. Familiarity with CRM systems (experience using any CRM is strongly preferred; ability to learn new systems quickly is required). Strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, professional, and customer-friendly. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional attitude. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional customer service or administrative experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in home services, remodeling, construction, or related industries. Previous experience supporting sales or operations teams. Comfort working in a small-to-midsize business environment where roles can be hands-on and collaborative. What We're Looking For We need someone who is a strong communicator, stays calm and professional under pressure, takes ownership of customer interactions, and helps create a positive first (and ongoing) impression of New Finish. Attention to detail in scheduling and CRM notes is critical, as is the ability to represent the company well both over the phone and in person. How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed. Candidates with relevant customer service, scheduling, multi-channel communication, and CRM experience are encouraged to apply. New Finish LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
