Office Assistant Francek Water Conditioning is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Office Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations, assisting customers, and helping keep schedules and records organized. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Schedule service appointments and consultations Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Process customer payments Create and manage invoices in QuickBooks Online Maintain customer records and files Coordinate with office and field staff regarding scheduling and customer needs Perform general administrative and clerical duties Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Professional and friendly phone etiquette Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office applications Experience with QuickBooks Online is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Previous office, administrative, customer service, receptionist, or bookkeeping experience preferred Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs Work Environment This position is based in our office and involves regular interaction with customers, vendors, and team members. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks throughout the day.
