Costumer Service Representative Details:

Temporary position $21.00 to $22.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Work closely with sales team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely quotation, order entry, manufacture, and delivery of product Assist in the development of pricing proposals for new and existing customers Establish and maintain professional relationships with customer base. Obtain basic knowledge of all sales accounts Provide sales assistance to designated customer accounts and fanfold sales representatives Ensure the efficient day to day warehouse inventory logistics of select customers

Costumer Service Representative Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in business related field preferred 1 year of work experience in a customer service position or related experience Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) as well as typing skills Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation, organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and time Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
