Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, in the Coloma area. Technicians are responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our properties and resident needs. This role requires a proactive individual with strong skills in general electrical, some mechanical, general plumbing, drywall, painting and apartment/building maintenance, capable of troubleshooting and performing repairs efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in maintaining safety standards, residents experiences and properties rental abilities. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on properties and systems to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and structural repairs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations during all maintenance activities. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance within apartment environments. Strong maintenance experience, CMMS systems (Mobile work orders), and troubleshooting. Knowledge with general repair work. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
