Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Self Storage Customer Service Representative, where you will be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our valued customers. In this energetic role, you'll manage customer inquiries, facilitate lease agreements, and ensure smooth property operations. Your proactive approach will help create a positive experience for clients seeking secure storage solutions while supporting the overall efficiency of our property management team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in property management, customer relations, and administrative support within a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work every weekend. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to address their storage needs and inquiries Manage lease or rental agreements using property management tools such as Storedge Assist clients with leasing processes, including contract signing, payment processing, and move-in/move-out procedures. Assist clients with truck rentals including Trucks and Trailers. Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record keeping of tenant information in compliance with legal standards and company policies Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person with professional etiquette and conflict management skills Support property maintenance coordination by reporting issues and liaising with facilities management teams Upsell additional storage units or services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, including lease or rental agreement management Familiarity with property management software such as Storedge or Sitelink Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and client relationship management abilities Ability to handle conflict resolution effectively while maintaining professionalism
