Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part time Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and possess strong communication skills. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues promptly. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and managing inventory. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and engage with customers in a friendly manner. Any knowledge of archery bow setup, firearms and fishing is preferred.
