What You'll Do As a Customer Service Agent , you'll be the go-to person for our existing insureds. You'll build relationships with customers and help them with a variety of insurance needs, including: Answering customer questions and providing friendly, knowledgeable service Processing payments and assisting with billing questions Making policy changes and updates Reviewing policies with customers and helping identify their needs Assisting customers with the claims process Following up with customers to make sure their needs are taken care of Helping solve problems and finding solutions when questions or issues arise Jumping in to assist the team with new business when needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment A strong communicator who can confidently talk with customers Organized and able to multitask A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed Positive, dependable, and ready to learn Comfortable taking initiative and solving problems Licensing This position requires a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license .
