Our Opportunity:
Join us as a part-time (flexible hours) Client Service Associate and become a pivotal part of our team, directly supporting our CFP® professionals and enhancing our clients' journey toward their financial aspirations. This role plays an important part in delivering exceptional client experience by assisting with scheduling, client communication, document organization, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working in a client-focused financial planning environment. Key Responsibilities Client Support Answer incoming calls and assist clients with scheduling or basic inquiries Prepare client meeting packets and documentation Follow-up with clients regarding paperwork or appointment confirmations Administrative Support Maintain organized client files (digital and physical) Assist with document preparation, scanning, and data entry Support the Operations Manager with administrative tasks Process incoming and outgoing mail Office Coordination Maintain office organization and supply inventory Coordinate internal team meetings and logistics Advisor Support Prepare basic reports or materials for client meetings Update client information in CRM systems Help track client follow-ups and outstanding tasks
What We're Looking For:
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or professional services is a plus Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
Pay Range:
$20.00 - $25.00 (commensurate with experience)
Schedule:
